We have an opportunity for a Customer Experience & Sales Support star to join our team based at our global headquarters in Wanaka. Supporting our growing Wholesale, eCommerce, and Retail business across North America, Australia & New Zealand. We are looking for someone to help us take the next step in connecting Mons to our markets and continuing to enhance our customer’s experience.

The successful applicant will be passionate about helping people find solutions, enjoy problem solving, and have the ability to work in with the team on different tasks that come up. You will have a strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems. Managing returns and warranties will be second nature as will managing stock movements and orders.

You will be working with the support of the Customer Experience & Sales Ops Manager to complete these tasks to the high level our customers deserve, with a combination of guidance, mentorship, and an expectation that you can identify and deliver new opportunities. All whilst bringing the passion you share for our core beliefs and displaying this through your enthusiasm and assertiveness. This is a full-time, office-based role as you need to be connected to the team and absorb our culture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Communicating with Mons fans to assist all their needs - managing returns, exchanges, and warranty requests.
  • Processing orders for various consumer and retail channels
  • Liaising with warehouses and logistics providers to manage order and stock dispatches.
  • Working alongside finance to make sure payments are received in a timely manner.
  • Assisting wholesale customers with order updates, product information and general support
  • Managing the accuracy of inventory at our New Zealand warehouse
  • Providing excellent customer service via email and phone
  • Direct experience in a product environment
  • Direct experience in managing warranty claims, returns and processing credits
  • Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced apparel business
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • Experience in a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Self-starter mentality with the capability to execute tasks without constant supervision
  • Ability to thrive within a small, ambitious, hard-working team
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) Microsoft Office (Excel), and generally technologically savvy
