The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Services Manager to lead our centralised team. This newly created role presents a unique chance to make a significant impact on our organisation by streamlining processes, boosting efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality financial support. Your efforts will enable smooth operations across both local and global functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

As the Business Services Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that optimise our business services. By enhancing our operational processes, you will contribute to the overall performance and success of our company. Your leadership will be crucial in driving initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of our services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Fit

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset and a passion for optimising financial processes. You will have proven leadership skills and experience managing AP and AR processes. Additionally you will have:

  • Strong knowledge of finance automation and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience utilising SAP software and AP/AR automation software will be an advantage.
