The Opportunity

Our Operations team is embarking on an exciting transformation journey and due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our newly created Operations Insights and Reporting team.

This role will play a key part in driving operational improvement within the organisation by gathering business requirements, conducting data analysis, and assisting in report generation to support data-driven decision-making.

Reporting to the Operations Insights and Reporting Manager, you’ll also be collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business to understand business requirements, report findings, address data concerns, and work together to implement improvements.

The Fit

To be successful in this role you’ll need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. In addition, you’ll also ideally have:

  • Relevant qualification in business, data analysis or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Ability to communicate and document effectively to convey analytical information clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the S&OP process and tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, new technologies, and evolving KPI and reporting needs.
  • A focus on understanding and meeting customer requirements and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
