We have anexciting opportunity for people to join our Security department’sHamilton-based Technical Support Team. The focus is all about delivering stateof the art security platforms that add real business value. Our Securitydepartment is committed to protecting people and high consequence assets acrossthe finance, education, entertainment, health, defence, corrections and airportindustries.

As a globalsupport team, we provide support across all time zones, so you’ll need to becomfortable working across various shifts covering between 6am – 10.30pmNZT. You’ll work with an amazing professional and supportive team in aninnovative company with a great family culture.

What you'llneed to succeed

  • Technical experience working in professional services, as a technician, or field engineer within the security, information systems, or related industries
  • Working knowledge of Physical Access Control Systems (Gallagher, SoftwareHouse, Lenel or other enterprise level systems), cabling, networks, and related peripheral devices such as locks, power supplies, and sensors
  • At least 3 years prior experience in a Security/IT related industry
  • Prior experience in a help desk-based support environment
  • Experience working well in a team environment
  • Delivers outstanding customer service
  • Working knowledge of virtual environments (VMWare / vSphere)
