Knowledge of all aspects of aluminium marine coatings is required at Dickey Boats, from preparation and fairing to application externally, internally, and above and below the waterline.
Respecting the process and delivering it with routine precision is the key to their success. Our proud team completes many projects inside and out right here, in-house at the Napier factory.

For applicants, a qualification or background in marine coatings is favoured. However, at an entry-level, you'll learn every aspect required to deliver world-class standards with absolute consistency. Apprenticeship opportunities are offered for top performers.

- New Zealand Certificate in Marine Coatings – Exterior
- New Zealand Certificate in Marine Coatings – Interior
