Job summary:

The Digital Campaign Specialist plays a crucial role within our marketing team, spearheading the development and execution of campaigns that not only elevate our market presence but also deepen our engagement with the B2B audience. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical prowess, managing both paid advertising initiatives and social media content marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and oversee effective digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other pertinent B2B channels.
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager to craft engaging, social media content that supports our marketing campaigns and resonates with our brand ethos.
  • Analyse campaign/channel performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximise ROI and conversion rates.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns with precision, ensuring resources are optimally allocated for the greatest impact.
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and tools, integrating innovative ideas into our campaign strategies.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports and insights on campaign/channel performance to Marketing Manager, offering recommendations for enhancements and future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital campaign management, particularly within the SaaS B2B sector.
  • Proficient in managing paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn Advertising) and developing content marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a knack for measuring and optimising campaign effectiveness.
  • Creative thinker with a flair for devising innovative campaign ideas.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
