ADInstruments provides innovative solutions to facilitate research and education for organisations operating within the life science sphere. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Scientific Support Specialist to join our team.
In this scientific support role, you will be tasked with providing support and training on the ADInstruments’ product range to our staff and customers operating in the life science research markets across the territory. As well as identifying and exploiting new opportunities, you will provide training workshops, as well as develop and enhance business relationships.
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with the customer base, you will work alongside customers and act in a consultative fashion, advising, assisting and training them as required. You must be comfortable discussing our products at a technical level and have the ability to conceive it's application in research and education laboratories. You will develop and maintain both strong market awareness and a superb understanding of the product range.
Additionally, you will represent ADInstruments at trade events and scientific conferences and ensure that strong relationships with other members of the team are maintained.
To be considered for this role, you must have an education or life science Master’s degree, preferably in biomedical engineering, pharmacology or education and the ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.
In this Scientific Support Specialist role, you must be a problem solver with a strong interest in technology and excellent communication and presentation skills. A proactive team player, you'll have strong leadership, influencing and motivational abilities alongside an unbeatable desire to succeed.
