About Zenith Tecnica

We are looking for a friendly, talented person who is good with tools and machinery. Full training will be provided for starting your new career in Titanium 3D printing.

We are a small hard-working team, who put their heads down and get jobs done. We are a positive bunch who love keeping busy and who put a focus on celebrating the success of projects.

Our company culture involves a flat hierarchy where everyone’s voices are heard, and opinions are valid. We are looking to grow further as a company and are searching for a dedicated and diligent person who is ready to join a team that takes great pride in what they do.

Zenith Tecnica is a contract manufacturer, specialising in the production of 3D printed titanium metal components, using Electron Beam Melting (EBM) technology.

This technology along with the specialist skills of the Zenith Tecnica engineers enables a wide range of complex geometries to be produced for:

  • Medical and veterinary devices, including patient-specific implants
  • Aerospace components, especially structural components for satellites
  • Fixtures and fastenings for Marine and Composites manufacturers
  • Defence Industry components for Aircraft, Satellites, Marine and Land forces
  • Industrial, automotive and high-performance engineering components

The Role

This role is a key aspect of our production team and will involve hands-on work with our Electron Beam Melting (EBM) metal 3D printing machines (training provided) and post-processing of critical components.

With most of your time spent in the workshop, your time will be spent finishing components, as well as maintaining machines, 3D Scanning & inspection and handling goods outwards.

Metal 3D printing is a new field, and we don’t expect candidates to have prior specialised knowledge. We have an extensive training program to bring you up to speed and to become an Additive Manufacturing Technician in Electron Beam Melting.
