Job Description\n

So, what are your key responsibilities?

Provide hands-on support to colleagues for branch and group success, fostering collaboration.
Initiate and maintain positive interactions with students, addressing their welfare and specific needs.
Utilize effective teaching techniques, equipment, and resources to establish clear learning objectives.
Continuously monitor progress and effectiveness through assessment and student feedback.
Innovate and engage both internal and external customers, with a strong commercial focus.
Manage internal and external relationships effectively, ensuring stakeholders feel valued.
Lead by example and embody the ICE values.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements for training delivery.
Set and review objectives annually, with monthly one-on-one meetings for progress evaluation.

Certified in Plumbing, Gasfitting, and/or Drainlaying.
Tutoring experience and/or understanding of the apprenticeship process and qualifications.
