So, what is a day going to look like:

As a Business Analyst at Skills Group, you’ll be a crucial link between our technical teams and our valued customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our digital projects by identifying potential improvements, analysing business problems, and ensuring that our solutions are in perfect alignment with our customers strategic objectives. You will also be responsible for:

Contributes to the recommendation of improvements and design of solutions.
\n
Follows agreed standards and techniques to investigate, analyse and document business situations
\n
Engages with stakeholders under direction and collaborates with cros-functional teams to elicit, document, and analyse business requirements and objectives.
\n
Defining problems and analysing root causes
\n
Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and process flows, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.
\n
Actively participate in project planning, scoping, and estimation, providing insights into any potential risks
\n
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and provide a positive user experience.
\n
Provide ongoing support to clients and stakeholders, addressing enquiries, troubleshooting issues and facilitating change management as needed.
\n
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to digital and technology solutions.
\n
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis practices.

What is going to mark you stand out:

A minimum of 4-6 years as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital and technology projects.
\n
Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar
\n
Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum or Kanban.
\n
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
\n
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
\n
Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
\n
\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
\n
