Job Description\n

\n

Your key responsibilities:
\n• Your Objectives are set and agreed each year and reviewed during monthly one-on-one
\n• Contribute to the development of a sales plan for the year, in conjunction with the Team Leader and Head of PTE B2C Sales that establishes clear targets for the stend support team and outlines the key sales activities for the year
\n• Meet or exceed agreed sales targets set for each intake
\n• Assist with sales, marketing and promotional activities as required, and be available outside of normal work hours to be involved in planned marketing events as required
\n• Ensure that your product knowledge is up to date with the latest programme changes, highlights and pathway opportunities to ensure consistent and appropriate advice is provided
\n• Ensure that all information is recorded in the appropriate and required database, and that this is kept up to date and completed in a timely manner
\n• Follow guidelines when answering calls / selling courses and services to potential customers, but also use initiative to adapt style to suit the customer
\n• Support other members of the student support team to improve their individual sales performance
\n• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Campus’ staircasing plan
\n• Contribute to the development of a community engagement plan and be involved in the implementation of it, to create strong community engagement that leads to future enrolment opportunities
\n• Form strong relationships with all government agencies, community organisations, Iwi and other providers to establish a solid sales channel from these entities
\n• Support the academic team on pastoral care matters where specialist advice is needed
\n• Develop strong internal working relationships with all Campus staff
\n• Be a strong internal and external ambassador for our Campus
