The Opportunity

We’re searching for a driven individual who has a passion for enabling customer relationship management through technology to steer us forward and champion the use of CRM within our organisation. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your affinity for technology, change, and stakeholder engagement into one role.

We’re looking for a thought leader to champion best practice and engage with stakeholders across the business and across all stages of the lifecycle. Your remit is to innovate, design, document and develop the future of our CRM system and extend this to all corners of the globe. The Fit

You’ll have a strong background in different CRM system implementations, configuration, and optimization within complex enterprise environments. You'll excel as a strategic partner for the business, renowned for your adept communication and relationship-building abilities. You will be a natural at balancing and combining your technical competence with a deep understanding of the sales and account management process.

You’ll bring with you a continuous improvement mindset and passionately invest in staying up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the CRM space.

Some of the keys skills and experiences we’re looking for:

  • Strong understanding of customer and account management processes within large global enterprise organisations.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering CRM related projects within enterprise environments.
  • Experience in complex environments which involve multiple systems and the need for integration.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
