About theRole
In thisCustomer Service and Sales Support role at Gallagher Security, you will be acrucial part of the Sales Delivery team, responsible for delivering world-classsales support and exceptional customer service to both our Channel Partners andInternal Sales Teams. Your primary focus will be efficiently processing ChannelPartner orders and addressing sales-related inquiries with precision andtimeliness, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
To excel inthis role, you'll need to maintain a strong knowledge of our security productsand processes, enabling you to provide informed support through email and our NewZealand and Australian phone lines. Additionally, your active participation inteam objectives and process improvement projects will contribute to ourcontinuous growth and success at Gallagher.

- Take ownership of customer inquiries, maintain timely responses, and ensure resolution for a positive experience.
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks, process orders, answer calls, prepare documentation, handle queries, and maintain records with precision.
- Contribute to positive team dynamics, support shared goals, enhance processes, share knowledge, and provide cover for absent team members as needed.
Experience& Attributes for Success
- 2 years in a customer and sales support role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Outlook)
- Experience in SAP ERP & CRM, and familiarity with freight & logistics (highly desired)
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while thriving under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with precise problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills adaptable to various customer interactions
- Computer literate
- Collaborative team player with a positive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to work in a team environment
- Lateral thinker who is open to change and flexible in roles to meet evolving business needs
