About theRole

Join us asa Marketing and Events Coordinator at Gallagher Security, responsible forcoordinating our New Zealand events to drive product and service sales.

Reportingto the Regional Manager, you'll define and manage an 18-month events programwith opportunities for domestic travel monthly and international travel annually.This role is not for the faint-hearted, you will need to thrive in a fast-paced,agile and action-packed environment with the ability to quickly pivot whenneeded.

We'reseeking a passionate individual eager to learn and grow, with exceptionallygood attention to detail. While the primary focus is on event coordination,you'll also engage in marketing activities and some administrative tasks.

As Part of #TeamGallagher you will

  • Coordinate and deliver annual Security Events plan with a focus on positioning Gallagher as industry leaders
  • Create and maintain marketing materials for major events, ensuring alignment with New Zealand plans
  • Develop and execute event communications to maximise attendance and engagement
  • Coordinate and oversee general marketing engagement activities
  • Provide administration support to senior leaders, acting as a point of contact and assisting with various tasks

Key Experience & Attributes forSuccess

  • Marketing/Events degree or related field
  • 3+ years' event management experience
  • Strong written B2B communication skills
  • IT/security industry experience preferred
  • Agency and supplier relationship management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, social media, and design
  • Sales support mindset with technical industry background
  • Exceptional multitasker and highly organised
  • Project management experience
  • Forward-thinking, detail oriented and adept at analysing complex information
  • Eager for growth and learning opportunities
