About TheRole

We invite you to apply for the role of Logistics Coordinator, a positioncentral to our global supply chain operations. As a Logistics Coordinator, yourcore responsibilities involve planning, administration, and efficientmanagement of product supply to our subsidiary operations worldwide.

In thisrole, you'll collaborate closely with various internal teams, includingPlanners & Procurement, Distribution, Sales & Marketing, and our valuedGlobal Subsidiaries. Additionally, you'll engage with external partners such asFreight Partners and Suppliers. Your focus will be on ensuring the smoothexecution of intercompany stock transport orders, maintaining pricingconsistency, and actively participating in continuous improvement efforts.

KeyExperience & Attributes for Success

  • Export Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar export-related role, demonstrating expertise in export procedures and documentation.
  • Microsoft Word: Proficiency at a basic level, with the ability to create and edit documents as needed for export-related tasks.
  • Microsoft Excel: Intermediate-level experience, including the ability to use Excel for data analysis and reporting, especially for export-related data.
  • SAP Experience: Familiarity with SAP software is a plus, as it may be utilised in the role.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and methodical work to ensure precise handling of export processes and documentation.
  • Proactive Approach: Ability to proactively address role requirements and challenges in a timely manner.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Independence: Capability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to manage tasks independently.
