Expression of Interest: Business Development Manager- Patient Engagement/Support Solutions

If you are a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a passion for patient engagement solutions in the life sciences industry, and you have a strong understanding of the European market, we would love to receive your registration of interest.
Purpose of Role
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and results-driven Business Development professionals to potentially join our team, with a focus on selling patient engagement solutions to life sciences companies in the UK and across the EU.
In this role, you would be focused on identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth in this dynamic and rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients in the life sciences sector within the European Union.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proactively connect and engage target individuals/organisations that would benefit from Atlantis’s patient centric solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to customize solutions to meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the EU.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development and sales within the life sciences industry, with a focus on patient engagement solutions.
- Ideally hands on experience in designing and implementing patient centric engagement solutions
- Experience utilising marketing and targeting tools such as Linkedin and Sales CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of the life sciences industry in the EU and its unique challenges particularly in the areas if implementing patient solutions to improve outcomes
- Comfortable selling Digital health components (Patient websites, CRM, APP’s, Digital Humans) as part of an overall solution
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the European Union as needed
