Relevant Digital Health Customer Success Skills and Experience include:
- Healthcare Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare industry challenges, regulations, and trends.
- C-Suite Technology Sales Experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in digital health technologies and healthcare software and application to support patients/behavior change.
- Technology Domain Knowledge: Candidates should have strong technical background to be comfortable discussing software development, data analytics, and cloud computing topics.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships, addressing their needs effectively.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Team Collaboration: Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including working across timezones with NZ and Australia
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and strategies in the evolving digital health field.
- Empathy: Genuine concern for customer well-being and understanding their healthcare challenges.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of healthcare regulations like HIPAA for legal compliance.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with digital health trends.
Desired Experience
- 5+ years in Digital Health Customer Success roles selling in Digital health tools across EU/and or US
- Ideally experience working/selling into Pharmaceutical Life Sciences sector
- Professional networks into Pharmaceutical Lifescience technology teams
