An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Success Manager to join our Sydney-based team.

Your Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting customers on our online platform Lt.
  • Building loyalty among your customer
  • Providing customer feedback to ensure continual improvement to the product
  • Addressing customer issues all while ensuring the existing renewals and expansions.
  • Working collaboratively with Educators, LabTechnicians, IT professionals
  • Developing and maintaining strong market awareness and a superb understanding of the product range.

Creating and maintaining strong relationships with your customer base is key! From the first interaction with customers during onboarding to meeting with a long-time user to show off a new feature - each day will provide new challenges! You're comfortable discussing the Lt platform and its content at a technical level and have the ability to conceive its application and value in tertiary education environments.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you'll have a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for science education and technology. Laboratory research or familiarity with electronics and scientific/biomedical laboratory equipment is preferred, as well as demonstrated experience in life science fields such as physiology and pharmacology. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent, enthusiastic person looking to grow within a supportive, progressive company.

- A tertiary qualification in the Life Science field (Anatomy, Physiology, Biology, Biomedical Engineering)

- Ability to work with IT for the implementation/integration of Lt platform

- Ability to understand and empathize with educators

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to travel frequently
